Non-Refundable Submission Fees
- All submission fees paid for the WedJoin Awards are strictly non-refundable.
- Once a submission (including photos and payment) has been successfully completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
- Please ensure you are satisfied with your chosen photos and have reviewed all details before finalizing your submission.
Disqualification & Refunds
- If an entry is disqualified due to a violation of our terms and conditions (e.g., plagiarism, inappropriate content, failure to meet eligibility criteria, non-provision of required files), no refund will be issued.
- Disqualification may occur at any stage if rules are not followed. Please read all official rules and guidelines before submitting.
Payment Issues & Support
- If you have made a payment but are unable to upload your photos or face technical issues preventing participation, please contact us at awards@wedjoin.com with your transaction ID and details. We will resolve your queries within 24 hours.
